Why You Should Have Buyer Representation When Opting for New Construction

There is a misconception that buyers do not need representation when opting for new construction. New Home Builders marketing teams often tell buyers that they don't need buyer representation when purchasing a new construction because "they don't have anything to do with the construction process". Opting For New Home Construction

Most buyers think that the New Home Builder has his own in-house marketing team who will give them the best price on the home they wish to construct. That is a myth. The agent in the Builders Model Home will then receive two sides of the commission and she/he will still be acting for the Seller and not always offer you the best negotiating options. If you are looking for a new construction home it is a good idea to get your own buyers representation. These are the points you should know about New Construction
