Huerkamp Home Group Market Update for February 2019

2019 is in full swing and the fourth Wednesday of the month means a market update for our readers. After reading this article, you will be able to make an educated decision of making a move or not, or even passing this info along to someone you know. In this market update we will take a look at inventory (or lack there of), days on market, and finally, the average price per square foot. Lets go!

By the end of your day, the kids are sure to be worn out! You get to have some relaxed kids and also have some quality family time.

Temps too cold to be outside? Try an indoor option. One good idea is Playworks in Prior Lake. It is essentially a big playground indoors. You can go as a family o ...

No need to worry, we’ve got you covered. After reading this, you will know just what to get that special someone. And if not these ideas, then you have ideas of what not to get but at least it gets you thinking.

Lets start with ideas for the ladies. Of course, we have to start with the staple… Roses. A boquet of roses may seem cliche but it is also the go to V-Day gift for a reason. Flowers in general are a good gift fellas. Why? Because it’s something small physically but it shows that you care and are thinking about them. Think just roses arent enough? Add a box of chocolates, fruit, or chocolate covered fruit with them. Want to get something other than the common flowers and chocolates. Get her a gift card/certificate to her favorite restaurant, spa, or store! Th ...
